Human Resources Development
Overall Goal
: To improve and transfer the
agricultural method for
sustainable agriculture in
Myanmar
To train the youth who will
become leaders in communities
Activities :
1)
11 month-Training Program – rice
and vegetable cultivation,
poultry, pig farming, food
processing, agricultural
machinery / dressmaking
and basic Japanese language – for 20 young farmers (10
male, 10 female) from all over
the country
2)
Training Program in Japan –
advanced training for excellent
ex-trainees to develop the human
resources who can lead the field
of
agriculture or rural life improvement

Assistance system for
ex-trainees’ own plans

Children’s Forest Program (CFP)
Overall Goal :
To establish community forest by
instilling an understanding of
and the skills to support
healthy ecological system, as

as a love for nature in children
